Wtf? Did they go to the wrong address? Damn it!

My question is, when will they come back for the 2nd delivery attempt and how do I tell them to come to the right address?

I've decided to just drive over there and pick it up my self, I think that'll be much easier.

Now the thing is, the tracking info only says San Marcos, CA. How can I get the address?

DHL is known fro that kind of crap!!!

call the local office and give them hell and check that they have the correct address -- you can also send them a nasty online.

They did the same thing to me-- stayed home del day, waited and waited. Went and got my mail and they had left a note on my mailbox at our complex that they had tried to deleiver and I wasn't home--yea, right!!

    DHL right? That explains everything...

They didn't even stop at a house. They just didn't have time to get to yours and give a garbage excuse...

maybe there service is better down south then up north considering all the bad news I'm hearing about them are from customers up north... I received my laptop within two days on 3-5 day shipping. Maybe because HQ is in plantation, Fl
