Hey guys,
I ordered a studio1555 and have been waiting two weeks. Yesterday, the status on dell.ca 's website changed from in production to delivery preparataion. And today; it changed from that to "shipped". However, I have not received it; and when I found the tracking number they provided (Purolator tracking number) on the invoice, their website says to contact them via a telephone number.
When I called the automated checking status number, they said i had an invalid number. When I received my mouse (which i ordered the same time with my laptop), I did not have this problem. Is this normally frequent?
