    Hello,
my order status is "Dispatched", so I should receive my notebook tomorrow or on Monday, but... I'm working in hotel, living in rented room, my address is the same as hotel's address, but just with my name... if WWI comes with my laptop, do I have to sign something or can they just leave it in the reception in hotel without me?

Delivery address is the same as hotel, but there is just my name.

    thanks,
    smogg9

Usually Walsh western will take 2 business days to get it to you. By the way, walsh western are just the trackers if you type in your details manually into the Walsh western site instead of clicking on the dell link you can see the actual carrier and a more indepth insite into your package.

They will almost certainly want a signature.

I found out who the courier was (TNT for me usually) and then phoned my local sorting office, to give instructions about how to find my house. They then phoned the driver and passed on the information. So it may be worth giving that a go to explain your situation.

I realise though, that I may have just lucked in, and found a helpful person at TNT.
