I was just wondering if when my new M1530 is delivered if they require me to sign for it, or if someone has to be home when they deliver it or they will no deliver it or they will just leave it on my porch, because I do not know if someone will be home or awake when it is delivered.

Depends. If they have a thing on file that you allow them to drop it, they will.

usually if no one is home, they leave a slip to sign so they can drop it the next day.

Signature Perferred, which means they will be wanting a signature and if noone signs for it they'll take the package with them.

Do they have a piece of paper I can sign and post on my door so they can leave it, I know Fedex has that, use that all the time.

Check out the website, or call one of their reps. They might be able to let you know.
