If I configure a computer during a deal period and add it to my cart, but the deal expires before I purchase, does the deal still apply when I do buy?

My funds wont be available until the 4th, but latitude deals end on the 2nd.

    I know it's a longshot, but I figured I'd ask.

Nope. If you save your configuration, Dell has it somewhere on their site that current deals might expire and won't be applicable to your purchase. Depending on what deal you are talking about, Dell might have the same one next week.

Another thing is that Dell doesn't charge you until your laptop is shipped, so you might be able to purchase it now. The only problem is that they try to pre-approve and make sure that you have the available funds in your account. I *think* they give you 3 business days before they will cancel your account. I'm not 100% sure though.

I know with mine, I had a daily spending limit on my debit card, and I didn't find out until the next day what all was going on. I know Dell kept my order on hold for another day until I got all of the mess straighten out.

Those coupons aren't valid for the latitudes though. Dell doesn't issue coupons for the latitudes, only the Inspirons. If you are lucky, you might be able to get an EPP coupon off of ebay, but that takes a lot of luck to get.

Dell will most likely renew that for the next couple of weeks. Dell always gives some kind of natural discount on their site, so you'll have something.

I'm waiting on the funds to show up in a paypal account (paypal says they'll be there by the 4th), so I may just purchase tonight and see where that gets me.

    Thanks for the info, though.
