    Dead inspiron 11z-how long to expect on repair?

    All,
    My 11z died last night. I left it on overnight and this morning i woke to a black screen. When I did hard reset by removing battery and power supply, when i re connected and tried to power on all i get are the 7 beeps which I understand means the motherboard or processor board has gone south.

    After spending over 70 minutes on the phone to get warranty repair authorization, I was told that I was going to get a box within 2-3 business days and that I should ship the laptop, battery and power supply to dell and they would repair.

    My question is how long to expect to wait to get the unit back? My experience with tech support was not confidence inspiring (put on hold 14 times; they kept saying it was a mini 10 right? and so on)

    Without a doubt some of the WORST tech support I have experienced ina long time.
