Its Day 2 of my CPU-whine-plagued XPS, however in addition to that I also get a really loud whine when I plug my AC adapter into the laptop! This is incredibly annoying, two whines! I'm returning this piece of junk ASAP!

Anyone know any temp fixes for this?

    :-(

For the CPU whine it worked yesterday, however my system froze a lot...randomly, forcing me to restart it :-(

    I'll try the other program.

EDIT: Anyone know how to use I8fanGUI?
