    DVI on E1705 stopped working

    Yeah, it just makes my laptop screen flick on and off (Vista does that when it's trying to do a second monitor. I hooked this monitor upto VGA with an adapter and it works fine.

    LAME.


    But they added all of the stuff about the 1705 to the 15 inch inspirons and the vostros.


    I have the limited 1 year warranty on this, but I THINK because it's so specced out and expensive I can trade in for one of these 15 inch laptops, which are almost half the price of this one, and will have WAY better battery life and DX10 graphics.


    But I don't know much about the new inspirons, I was playing with the vostro, and the 15 inch doesn't really have the options I want, namely it doesn't have a 7200rpm hard drive option. :/

    What do you guys think?
