Which current laptops, beside E1705/9400 and their M1710, have a DVI? Are there any on the Latitude series? TIA
-
I think those are the only ones with dvi from dell.

Precision M90.
An expansion dock with dvi can be added to the business models. -
Thanks - that's what I thought too - wasn't sure on the latitude series.

Anyone know how my e1505 with the high resolution screen with the 256 graphics card will look on on a nice large lcd with just my vga plugged in? This model does not have DVI and it is the only thing I don't like about it!

Normally VGA looks very good on an external LCD screen.

How does a S-Video look on a HTDV 52 inch screen? Ive been wondering about that....
-
S-Video looks better than RCA video, but not nearly as good as DVI/HDMI. Non-HD video may look better on an S-Video connection than a DVI/HDMI connection, but individual results vary. Rear projection, DLP, plasma, and LCD look slightly different.
I own a Sharp LC-37D4U, so I tend to read a lot about HD. -
Hrm.. Imagine.. S-Video, E1505, X1400.. 52 inch HDTV.... Counter Strike or FFXI... I GOTTA try that...
