    Cyberlink PowerDVD

You need to request this CD from Dell. You can also use free software off the web.

You'll just have to google. You need to get DVD software and decoder like WinDVD or something similar.

You need that Sonic software that was installed by Dell to burn or copy data in your blank disk. You can request it to Dell (it is free) if you don't have the CD. To watch DVDs, you need the Dell Media Experience software or the Cyberlink PowerDVD that Southergirl mentioned. You can request Dell Media Experience software and PowerDVD to Dell too. It's free also.
You may try to login to your Dell account too then download the software from the list of applications - that is if you don't want to request for the CD :)

Even you if you get Dell Media Experience, you still have to have a decoder. Dell Media Experience is just using Cyberlink PowerDVD for the DVD player.
