I was reading someone elses post on this site and he had his CD/DVD burner also vibrate like anything. And got it replaced. We both had/have the

    TSSTcorp DVD+-RW TS-L532A

Anyway I have an E1505 and that drive does bother me (serously vibrates the whole laptop and even the desk i am using)

Since i am a new dell customer i have no idea what number to call or anything to get it replaced! (always had costom PC's)

So if anyone can give me a number and wat i should tell them to replace it with, that would be amazing, thanks in advance.

They will replace the drive with whatever they have - there is no gurantee you will get the drive you ask for. I doubt you will.

Raise the laptop's two back feet up and see if that helps. This seems to be a common issue with the E1505/E1705 series notebooks.
