Folks, windows media player doesnt use the full width of the wuxga screen in "full screen mode" when playing a widescreen dvd. I cant see any settings that would fix that. Powerdvd and other players work fine, its just Windows media player. Any thoughts?

    Thanks.

if it only happens when your on battery power, it is a setting in Windows media player under the DVD tab. look for battery saving or something like that and turn it off.
