I notice these days that when never I boot up my laptop,my hard drive wil run super busy for some time with the HD led blicking crazily and programs start slowly. So I just did a boot up system diagnostics and it showed:
    DST Short Test: Fail
Error Code 1000-0146. Msg: Unit 0: DST Log contains previous errors.

Then I ran the hard drive test with the system diagnostics software too,it shows error when it came up with the S.M.A.R.T test.My hard drive is the stock drive of 120g,5400rpm,which I just got in mid Semptember!

Can anybody help with this? Thanks!

Call Dell and get yourself a new hard drive.
