    Does anyone know if you have to be 18 to get a DPA card, I'm 17 at the moment and will be turning 18 this month. Just wondering.

    Yeah you do, I am 17 and had to sign up through my moms name. It is just like a credit card.

    Thats what i thought, I will probably sign up through my moms name also, did your mom have any problem with it?
