    DO you want to hear some ultra bull ^%$#



    I ordered a $2300 m4400 dell and i payed for next business day and it was suppose to be here yesterday here is what dhl said

    read it from bottom to top!

    9/9/2008 9:13 pm Processed at DHL Location. Shipment arrived at incorrect facility Salt Lake City Regional Hub, UT

    9:05 pm In transit. Salt Lake City Regional Hub, UT

    9/8/2008 11:21 pm Shipment arrived at incorrect facility. Sent to correct destination. Riverside County Regional Hub, CA

    1:13 pm Shipment picked up Sparks, NV

    12:00 am Shipment Acknowledged Sparks, NV

    I live in Idaho and they once again sent it to the wrong place I tore the DHL rep a new one and guess what they said "I am sorry sir but there is nothing i can do" Not to make lite of my personal life but my home burned down last week in the big Boise Idaho fire and DHL is requiring me to wait at my rubble (home) and will let me pick up the package and have to try to deliver even though i told the DHL minion i have no hime to delever to they have to prove there is no home and they have see that i am not home WHAT KIND OF BULL IS THAT the rep that and the same line "i cant help you" they will not give me any info. I am filling a report with BBB Dell and DHL corporate. All i want is my super expensive laptop because well i have nothing.

    I run a eBay business I use fedEx and Ups I shipped over 2000 packages last year i have never EVER had a package go to the wrong STATE let alone 2 TIMES!!!!!! :mad:

    DHL SUCKS Big Time!!

    Wow. First, that sucks about your house. My prayers with your family and all.

    Secondly, that is some serious BS. I haven't had any luck with DHL either, ie, leaving my laptop at the wrong **** house, and the neighbor signing for it, albeit 2 days late. Luckily, I knew the neighbor and they brought it over.

    Do you have the option to pick it up at the hub? I know not at the moment, but when it arrives at the hub for its delivery, is it an option to pick it up. Because having to sit there and wait for it is seriously screwed. Because, in my experience with them, they have never been on time or the promised day for that matter. I would call and demand them to hold it at the hub and pick it up.

    When I saw the title of your post I knew it had to be a Dell product! The DHL delivery person in my area is a pathological liar and I caught her and cited her but her boss is complicit. The only thing you can do is to bring it to Dull's attention and speak to any and all managers in hopes that something will get done. That's why it's known around here as DH "Hel"L
