Well my Vostro 1700 has finally shipped but DHL tracking is super confusing to me. (compared to UPS and Fedex) Here's the tracking so far:

9/24/2007 8:31 pm Processed at DHL Location. Niles Regional Hub, MI
7:35 pm In transit. Niles Regional Hub, MI
9/23/2007 12:00 am Shipment Acknowledged Nashville, TN
    Picked Up by DHL.

Now is the 7:35pm 'in transit' mean that it's going to Niles, MI or that it's left Niles and is on its way to me in IL? (maybe there's a timezone difference since MI is in eastern and I'm in central?) Anywho, the estimated delivery date is Wed 9/26 though if I do a delivery check from Niles to my location in IL it says 1 business day via ground. Argh! I really don't want to wait yet another day for the damn thing to show up. Anyone have any ideas on this? Thanks!

    ETA is the maximum date.

In Transit means it's on the truck/plane

So there's a slight chance of it showing up tomorrow? :)
Yes but to/from where? Is it just leaving TN and heading to MI or is it leaving MI and heading to me in IL? I guess I'm just anxious for my new 'baby'. :D

Well I guess DHL finally answered my questions. The laptop just departed Niles, MI this morning at 5:18am (I believe that's eastern time). So obviously it won't be delivered today. Oh well, at least I have a good date as to when it will show up. One more day...
