    DHL sucks

    Can you believe that I've ordered my INSPIRON 1525 on the 5th, it shipped on the 9th and I have yet to receive my laptop? DHL was to deliver on the 11th, and that they did, except that the driver supposetly got lazy and instead of ringing the bell or knocking on the door, concluded that no one was inside and left the infamous yellow slip with the package tracking number at my door. They were people inside!!!

    So then he attempted to deliver again yesterday but boo hoo weather's so bad, driver didn't even attempt to make the deliveries. So I call and told them "look leave the package at the facility I will pick it up the following day after work" (Today)...Guess what? They give it to the driver for a third delivery attemp!!! After the third they usually ship the package back to the sender. :mad: I'm pissed, cause even though there is someone home, I'm pretty sure the driver will pull the same stunt and leave another note at the door!!!

    Argh! I've been waiting forever! I hate DHL! I looked outside my window last night and saw a UPS truck delivering a package to my neighbor, while DHL couldn't! :confused: :mad:

    Alienware charges 208 Euros for delivery to Bahrain by DHL Express. Damn expensive... already hate it :p

    ok no that will probably scare them off
    What I would do, although IM probably already to late...
    call DHL's local office, get REALLY mad at them, and say taht their driver MUST come to the door and if he doesn't leav eit there and youll pick it up

    LOL if the weather wasn't so bad yesterday I probably would've done the sit on the porch thing! :p I have called them repeatly yesterday, called them earlier this morning, ugh...I even suggested for them to leave the package at the door, but what do you know, signature is required, so its a no go. :rolleyes: DHL sucks big time!

    That's it! I am fuming! Day 4 and still no package!!!! I kept calling DHL and they kept reassuring me that the driver told them that the package would be delivered by the end of the night! Guess not cause the driver never showed up! Worst experience ever! OMG

    Where is my Laptop?!!
