    I am having trouble locating the XP drivers for this laptop i have heard that Windows NT drivers work for XP but i am not sure and i dont have any thing to test it on can some one verify this for me please?

    I also tried the dell support site but they do not have XP drivers for this machine.

    You should be able to locate the drivers for your machine by plugging the service tag onto Dell's support site.

    I don't think that will work as this model originally came with Windows 98 installed

    I see, whoops on my part. So you don't have the machine? 2k drivers if you can find them would probably work as well though I'm guessing not many here will have the C600 as the C600 is fairly old.

    No probs i will try the Windows 2000 drivers as they are available from the dell support site for this machine.

    I have a C640 and Windows 2000 drivers under XP work like a charm here ...

    Where is the voltage regulator located for the dell latitude c600?, or is there a voltage regulator inside the notebook?

    My notebook, (latitude c600) has no power. It will not boot up. I purchased a new adapter, a new battery, but to no go.
