    hi,
    my friend sent me a dell latitude d820 notebook,via fedex.


    Under computer description, an ID or IO # is written, which is 12 digit,


    I need to know where this number is located on the laptop, so i can verify it!

    DELL's customer support has no clue, they just keep redirecting me!
