    dear all,

    can any one give me some advice.. I ordered a dell xps m 1750.. for a new business I have started.. it was due to arrive a week before a meeting so that I could use it for this meeting, they havent told me that it was going to take an extra 2 weeks to arrive and I found out by checking the tracker!

    any advice on how to deal with this much appreciated.

    part of me making this deal was to get the laptop to my timescale

    Well, unfortunately you shouldn't have ordered it with so little room for error. Not much you can do about it now.

    I'd try giving them a call. If you're lucky, they might upgrade your shipping (I got mine upgraded from 3-5 days to 2nd day shipping for free), and hopefully that'll allow you to receive your laptop in time.
