go blue ;) haha. Definitely go XPS M1530. Love the machine and not to mention I now have a blu-ray player- burner. Make sure you ask for the Vista 64-bit cd when purchasing.

i would say go with Studio :)

it has WLED which is a GREAT upgrade

the graphics card for xps, although you could play more recent and higher requirement games, but u just can't be sure whether it's faulty or not.. which in that case, if u choose xps u should go for the 3 years warranty.. but it raises up the cost quite a bit too...

the graphic cards for studio 15 arent too shabby.. but you know they r not faulty

do u really need a finger print reader? :)

Probly too late, but I'd go for the Studio. Finger reader is pretty junk, and then there's the Nvidia 8600 vid card problem.

I just have the feeling that the OP was leaning towards the Studio in the first place and wanted to hear something from the Studio side for a little peace of mind. XD

I'd go with the M1530 simply because of its form factor and lighter in weight.

M1530 *though I guess the OP might have gone ahead with his order by now* LOL... Anyways, M1530 all the way.
