    does anybody know how long the xps gen 2 takes from date of order to shipping with dell UK, becuase i need it for school and only have like, 1 week left will be ordering it through dads company and will pay... u guessed it *zilch* whehay i love generous people and are the specs i chose adequate for what i will be using it for (gaming, vb encoding, graphics encoding,some light work lol:

    pentium m 770 2.13ghz
    xp pro
    80gb 7200rpm hdd( will the 100gb 5400rpm be faster)
    17inch ultrasharp WUXGA w/ trulife
    1025mb ddr2 sdram
    gfrcego6800 ultra
    8x dvd+/-rw drive
    2 batterys
    b/g wifi
    bluetooth integrated

    It may take a while, the delay will be that Hard Drive, its barely out in the market right now.
