    Hi guys,
Its been 5 days since i bought my new laptop and what do you know, here comes trouble.
Yesterday when i came home, i turned on the laptop and was surprised to see a weird blue screen and something that said "start up repair"? Ok, i waited for it a couple of minutes and an error message came on, saying something like, "windows cannot repair you problem" So i inserted my Windows 7 CD, and first thing i tried was again the start up repair, but nothing. Next thing that seemed right to try was formating the disc drive, but no luck there either. An error came that said disc drive cannot be formated. Ok. I deleted the drive and started a new one. I tired installing windows 7, and you guessed it, another error message. What can i say, no luck with technology. Hope someone has an idea on what to do next.
    Thank you

Call Dell and tell them your problem.

Sounds like a bad hard drive.
