    DELL Latitude 510 LCD Problem

    I recently just had a brand new latitude 510 but the LCD screen has black horizontal line across and the colors are all distorted. DO anybody know where I can take it to fix that? Appreciate a lot

    Contact Dell, go to their website and do the Dell chat with a technician.

    They will most likely ask you to use their hardware test software as well, so do that before hand and write down what it says. Since its new, its covered under warranty, and if there is a problem, Dell will most likely send out a box to pick it up for repairs.

    if that does happen, be sure to backup anything you have thats important.
