    DELL INSPIRON 8600 drivers please help anybody

    Yes i recently acquired the dell 8600 laptop from a friend, i re-installed windows XP, the install went great but now i have no sound , no internet access , , it has a question mark by the following devices in "device manager" Ethernet controller, network controller,multimedia audio controller, video controller (vga) compatible, i have no drivers for these devices, and i have been searching and cant get anything to work can some one please help me with this product, is there somewhere i can go and just down load the whole package to fix these errors , please i would appreciate anybodys help, thank you
