    I bought a 1gb memory stick from newegg.com and dunno how to install it and i don't have a toolkit to open and install this 1gb ram, can anybody pls.suggest me where can i buy a tool kit..

    The only tool you need is a small phillips screwdriver. Here is the service manual for the 9300 (click on memory module)
