I received a new Dell Latitude D510 last week. Works beautifully, except that on battery power the display shows an intermittent partial blanking/refreshing. Seems to occur less frequently when warmed up - sometimes for several minutes without a flicker - but at other times is blanking once or twice per second almost continually.

Battery lights show fully charged, and charge lasts 3+ hours.

check dell's site for new/updated video drivers and/or a BIOS upgrade

edit: even if they don't have new/updated video drivers, you should try uninstalling and reinstalling them.
