I am just wondering if its possible to get a DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz instead of a DDR2 SDRAM at 533MHz ram on a dell E1505, because when you buy this laptop from dell they dont give you that option, thanks!

Eyuras is correct, Dell RAM is way overpriced. If you're planning on upgrading RAM aftermarket I suggest purchasing it from NewEgg.com. They have the best quality RAM for killer prices.

I would buy the standard config. RAM on the E1505 and then do aftermarket upgrades on it through Newegg. And don't worry about the difficulty - upgrading RAM is a piece of cake.

if you take out the 533ram dell puts in and replace it with 667 it will run at 667, if you keep in the 533 and add a stick of 667 it will run at 533

It supports it fine. The "Core" processor is made to use 667mhz RAM. It's not much of a performance increase over 533, but it will perform fine in your E1505.
