D@mn coupons

I swear I hate all the crap that dell pulls with their coupons. I tried the new coupon codes earlier today for the e1505 at 30% off and it worked. I was able to configure a system at $1K+ and it dropped down to a little over $800. Now tonight when I try to add the coupon it gives me an error. Now theres no way that they have already exceeped 4000 coupons or is there?

try adding the coupon to your account first. then select it through the drop down box. That's worked for me

 

actually the coupon did exceed the limit of usage during that period. I've seen Dell coupon codes expire in hours. The E1505 deal I got the coupon code went dead in less than 40 mins (3000 uses).

 

I need to go buy stock in dell if they are selling 4K pc's in under an hour.

yeah the code VBVT?G759K8VWT is what I got from your site this morning and used it to configure the system and it actually worked. Before applying the coupon it had a $200 off discount, and then after you apply, that line changed to the 30% off. Go figure.

 

Well, that's because the 30% off coupon took the place of the $200 off coupon.

 

they probably did exceed it already. I ordered 4 diffrent machines today for clients with the coupon and I am sure I am not the only one who places multiple orders daily.

 

whataya know....the coupons are working again. Anyone wanna make bets on them working when I get home to my house?

 

you can also combine it with the stackable coupon ($35 off) to save even more money.

 

before you customize a system, make sure to verify that the e-value code will be valid for the coupons. If you aren't sure, check out the Coupon stick in the Dell forum - 3rd post. It explains it in detail.

I think they had to change the ridiculously low prices.

Yesterday around 5pm PST, I configured a Dell E1505 (original config. was $659) with a T2400, 1GB of RAM 100GB 7200 RPM HD, 6 Cell and 9 Cell battery, and XP Media Center all for the price or $950 SHIPPED WITH TAX (35% off $999 code in E-Mail + 5% stackable). I couldn't believe it. When I confirmed I had enough money in my account a few hours later, I tried it again and it DIDN'T WORK. I was heartbroken.

Today, that E1505 config. starts at $800 something because it comes with a 2 year warranty and the 5% stackable no longer works. The same system I wanted ends up over $1100.

My theory is price control.

 

why not just pay it with your credit card or Dell preferred account?
