I've noticed the latch on my new D820 that opens the LCD screen rattles quite a bit if my notebook experiences some vibration. Is this normal?

I have a recently purchased D620. I do not know if the latches on the two machines are the same or similar, but I can tell you that my D620 latch rattles a bit just as you described. I figure that it needs a little play in its design in order for it to operate as smoothly as it does.
