Will the D630 have turbo memory? It used to be listed as an option on the product page, but now it's removed even though hybrid hard drive is still on the list and not released. I was waiting for turbo memory, even though I'll have 2 GB RAM, just in hopes that it helps battery life. I guess I'm just wondering if I should get one now...

First of all, I believe dell needs to free up an express card slot to make it upgradeable or offer a new mother board. As far as I know there isn't any news released by Dell regards to that, so stay tuned.

Are there going to be that adjustments or options available in the future?

Check out the online version of the D630 manual at http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/latd630/en/HN566en0/parts.htm#wp1118232
It seems to imply that a D630 shipping today has the space available and you'd be able to add the turbo memory module later, as long as your model doesn't have WWAN.
I have no idea if it's really this easy or even possible, but at least it's a good sign.
Edited to fix a typo.
