The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    D630 "middle mouse button" equiv?

    Does the D630 have some config option to create the "middle mouse button" that the ThinkPads have? This is the blue button that you can use to press-hold and scroll down the page.

    If not, does the D630 have any nice alternatives to simply using the scrollbar with the mouse / pageup/down keys?

    You can also set zones on the right and bottom of the touchpad to act as scroll zones. Kinda hard to describe, but I have mine set up this way, and really like it.
