Looking over the leaked xls specs for the e1405, I'm only seeing Intel listed as a possible graphics option...

Presumably this is the same platform as the D620... are we thus to believe that the D620 will be left to swing in the wind with GMA graphics? I realise this is all supposition, but being that dell doesn't have skus for X1600 mobile cards... and the "probable" X1300-X1400 are being used in the e1505... doesn't bode well for the little D620. Sony SZ isn't looking too bad after all.

With the last generation notebooks, Dell's been seperating their business line and consumer lines, i.e. the D810 or M70 is not based on the 6000 nor are the X1 or D410 based on the 700m. I'd assume this trend to continue so I don't think the D620 would be based on the e1405/640m. Also, Dell will need a replacement for the Precision M20 that's currently based on the D610, and that will have to have a dedicated workstation card.

I think the D620 will have the option between the GMA950 and a X1300/X1400 (or Nvidia equivalent). The replacement for Precision M20 will probably be based on the D620 and have a workstation card instead, maybe even a FireGL V5200 like in the Thinkpad T60p!
