im getting this monitor from CC:
    http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Gate...54218/catOid/-12965/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do

I have a D620 with the nvidia 110m gpu. Here is my question: will it beable to display 1440 x 900 resolution? Also, in general, what do you guys think of that monitor? it seems incredibly nice and i have gift certificates and i get things at cost there, so i want to get it from circuit city. Any input?

    Thanks so much!

You should be able to drive a 1440x900 display with the VGA-out. I've got the integrated graphics model (945GM) and it can do up to 1600x1200 on the VGA-out, according to the driver.

The monitor looks good. 8ms response and 700:1 contrast is decent. However, I would go to circuit city first to have a look at it to make sure the viewing angles and color reproduction are good.
