I have read a number of threads and know that it is important to match speed and preferable to match size. I will go with a 2x2 kit, but am not sure about two things, voltage and speed.

    1) Stock mem voltage is 1.8, do I need to match that with whatever I use to upgrade? Can I up it if need be?

    2) Since I am replacing all of the memory, can I run a faster speed memory, say ddr2 800, or will it default 667 no matter what?

    Thanks!

You don't need to worry about voltage on the ram and no you cant manually change it in this laptop.

    It will default to 667mhz.
