    D620 in transit!

    I know everyone has asked this question. Today I checked status of the Dell and it says

    Package shipped on: 7/15/2006 Stage: In Transit
    Status: In Transit to Local Carrier

    When do you think I can expect it? I searched previous threads and I'm getting mixed responses.

    It's already in the States though, right? I'm in Boston.

    The reason you are getting mixed responses is because there are so many variables - location, shipping method, did dell put a hold on it, bad weather, etc.

    The best we can do is say that you'll get it next week sometime.

    3-5 days, Mine took 3 days to get from first deing shipped to my door

    I ordered a D620 earlier this week. It was delivered yesterday and Dell still hasn't sent me a tracking number :confused:

    What do you mean delivered? you have it already, but they never sent a tracking?

    Dell does that sometimes. They are suppose to send you an email with your tracking number, but it doesn't always happen. You can log into your account, click on your laptop status "Shipped" and it should pull up your tracking number.

    Or

    You can just call/chat will Dell and get it from them.

    They didn't send mine to me until a few days after my laptop had been shipped.

    To answer tachyonico, yes. I already have possession of my D620 and I have yet to get a tracking number. Actually Dell still says in my order status "In transit".

    Well I guess this was a good surprise I suppose.
