Can anyone tell me how I can update the drivers of my Dell D620 with the Quadro GFX card? I can't install the normal ones from the NVidia website and it looks like the ones installed on the machine won't allow me to run a mirror setup with an external monitor (not so great for presentations!)

Which Quadro card? I have a 120 in both a D620 and D820 and can run my external 22" E228 in either mirror mode or seperate mode just fine. This works in XP and in both 32bit and 64bit Vista as well. Except for some reason when coming out of being locked it wants to set the refresh rate up to 85Mhz on the monitor and it will not display and I have to change it back to 60 but other than that it is fine. BTW I am using the dell provided drivers for both xp and vista since they finally released the set.

Then there is something strange with my setup. I have the 110 (you can't get a 120 in the D620 to my knowledge) and I can display to a projector as a second display, just not as a mirror display (the Fn-F8 doesn't work). I am guessing that it is a driver bug?

Try asking about the quadro drivers here,
    http://laptopvideo2go.com/

They have great drivers for the consumer cards, but I'm sure someone in their forums can point you in the right direction for a quadro.
