I'm looking for an explanation or a solution as to why this happens. Once in a while the screen on my Latitude D620 just goes blank/black. I cannot see anything. I know the screen is still on as I could see the light leakage at the bottom but everything is black. I can't see anything. What's going on? It just happened when I used IPIX for a 360 degree tour. It also occur when I play Windows Media Player and surf the web at the same time. I don't know if those are revelant or just a coincidence. Any solution? Thanks.
