The D430 only has 180 nits?

For those that own it, is it bright enough?

How is it compared to the D630, which has 220 nits.

Funny that you asked it to be compared to a D630, because the 430 and 630 are exactly what we have here at home.

1200x800 D430 vs 1440x900 D630 : Don't worry, the 430 is plenty bright. I actually had the impression it was brighter than my 630, but that must be an illusion created by the smaller screen.

Caveat - With all this talk about different brand screens yielding different results, i'd say your mileage may vary.
