I have a D400 that only starts once and a while. If it doesn't work it will do nothing when i hot the power. No lights will light up, and no noise is made. If it works, then it works fine.
I thought it may be the power brick, but i tested it with a meter and its giving clean consistent electricity.
The only way to get it working it to unplug the power inverter from the wall and replug it until it finally sees that it is plugged in and boots when i hit the power.
