I'm currently using a Dell E1505 which I bought last June (running Media Center Edition), I went to Dell's driver download site recently and found out Dell released a new download called "CyberLink Dell MediaDirect 3 Windowed Mode" on 5/29/07, and it's criticality is: Urgent

    E1505 driver download page

Do I need to install this update? How do I know whether my E1505 is running Cyberlink Dell Media Direct3 or not?

    Thanks!

Obviously you don't NEED to install this update, but if you want to be up to date, go ahead. Its ok if it is already installed, no harm in reinstalling. Usually it will indicate that it is already installed once you run the installer.
