    Called Dell to send out laptop for repair, was waiting 45 minutes then another 15 on hold. Not good, good thing my IBM is on the way !!

    Yes , I too have had bad experiences with dell customer support. OH GOD , it's all coming back to me ;endless hours on hold, low-level tech's giving me bad directions. AAAAARRRRRGGH. Well, if anyone needs me, I'll be in therapy.(sobbing)

    My first PC was a Dell and I really appreciated the good support. But by now the private customers are confronted with foreigners not speaking your language too well.
    For business it is best. I have fortunately now business conditions and that is a real advantage and time saviour.
