    Has anyone played this on a dell? How does it work with a 8600gt graphics card?

    I have Crysis and just got my Vostro with a 8600. I'm assuming it won't run that great considering that Crysis has ridiculous requirements. I couldn't even run that game on medium settings with a 7800GT on my desktop. My desktop is no slouch either. I just think it's sad how poorly some games are coded.

    on my m1530 i get about 30 fps with all settings on high but no AA.

    edit: thats at 1280x800 resolution

    A laptop that would run Crysis well would cost as much as a nice car....

    I remember when all my friends were running to buy 16 megs up form 8 to run Wing Commander 3...lol....

    I paid 550 bucks for 16 meg stick and that was a group buy deal....

    I should be able to run it on my system pretty nice once Ive got my new card in next week ;)

    The 8600 is the minimum required for thi sgame, so you shoul dbe able to run it OK, but not brilliantly.

    I have crysis on my 1530 and I play it on min settings so it can run smooth. Anything else it is a little choppy
