With a new Dell Inspiron n5110, I have attempted to go through the process described for creating recovery media, but a blockage has appeared in the system.
The recommended sequence Windows|All programs|Dell DataSafe|Dell DataSafe Local Backup should produce a menu including 'Creat Recovery Media' but instead whatever is done opens up the Windows Media Centre, Extras page. What I mean by 'whatever is done' is that clicking on anything and everything in the Windows menu opens up that page, even after re-booting.

    Can someone advise me?
