www.redflagdeals.com is an excellent source for Canadian deals, including, but not limited to, Dell.

I've had excellent luck buying brand-new Dell products off of eBay, for usually far cheaper than directly buying from Dell themselves.

www.dfsdirect.ca for open box. Find a unit you are interested in. Then check www.alliedtek.com. They sell the same stock as dfsdirect, use the same stock numbers, but they do not keep their stock listing updated real-time. So not all units are actually available (i.e. they have already been sold by dfsdirect). Alliedtek's prices usually are cheaper but shipping is more $ ... so email dfsdirect and ask for a price match. Shipping is free at dfsdirect unitl this Sunday.
