how come this site offers coupons? do they even work..?

i don't understand why dell would make coupons that have people pay 200-400$ less on a laptop...

    All about Quantity.

And no, those coupons only work for Dell.com, nowhere else.

Most of the coupons posted here on this site are for USA only. I can't remember the last time dell had coupons for canada.

You can google for coupons all the time. You would be surprised how much you can save with a few minutes search. Fatwallet even gives you a percentage back in actual money if you buy your laptop after clicking the dell link on their site.

There are stackable coupons sometimes too. And if you buy the laptop with a DPA card, you usually gain an additional savings, same with the EPP.

One thing to take notice is dells pricing. Watch their trends of retail prices. They tend to be lower when they have lower valued coupons out, and higher when they have higher valued coupons out. (It usually evens out in the end). If you are wondering if you have a deal or not on a laptop, just ask us, were geeky like that and will let you know :)
