    coupon problem

    i tried to apply a 25% off coupon to a product on the dell small business website. however, it said that it was unable to apply it despite the fact that the product's name was explicitly listed on the coupon. i think that this may because the product already had a discount. does anyone know why this may be happening or how i can get around it?

    even if you still have a discount, the coupon should override it if anything. The coupon may be expired from date or number of uses.

    if i may ask, which coupon is it and what notebook is it for?

    I know which coupon you are speaking of, I tried to use it myself earlier today.

    Those coupons are only good for 400 uses. So if you are the 401st person, you are out of luck.

    Plus, Dell possibly altered the coupon so that it didn't work on high priced models...25% of a lot of money doesn't save Dell money :D.

    i actually checked, and it works on other models, so i dont think it has expired

    do you know if dell coupons have a history of doing this?

    yeah, i tried before but was too late to actually get in a conversation
    also, you know dell, i got tossed from one person to the next for like 15 minutes
