I had a dell coupon that was supposed to offer a concession of $100, but it only offered a $50 discount. Has anyone ever complained to dell about coupon mistakes and such? Does it work?

    lol!

Take advtg, call up and act so pissed off that they need to give you a $200 concession for this mistake and make sure they don't mess that one up!

    Or just repeat. :)

Definitely, if the coupon was supposed to be $100 and it only ended up being $50, call up Dell.

sometimes you have to spend a certain amount of money to get $100 off. Make sure you read the small print.

Also, you might have also had some random $50 off thing applied to the laptop before you put the coupon in. Coupons are generally not stackable, so you might have lost the $50 off but gained $100 off...giving you the net $50 off you are seeing. Tricky Dell :p
