    Hello All,

I have been lurking for a while but have now registered.

I have just recieved my Dell Studio 1745 which I am fairly happy with apart from the lack of an HDD light and have a couple of questions.

    1) The trackpack buttons in center are lower than at the edges it looks like this may be by design. I just wanted to get someone else who has one to check and make sure I have not got a dud palmrest.

    2) I am going to rebuild the machine as the Dell factory image has a lot of Dell bloatware on it. One thing I would like to copy over is the Dell User Account picture and I am so far I am unable to find it. Normally they are located in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\User Account Pictures\Default Pictures on Windows 7 but it does not appear to be in here. Any ideas ?

    3) How have dell managed to change the Windows 7 to the locked wallpaper ? They have changed it to the Dell Chrome wallpaper, which I quite like but can not figgure out how they did this. I cant find it in the registry.

    Best Regards

    Jason
