Last week when I was chatting online to a CSR, I was told that my laptop wouldnt start production until Sept. 3, even though it states it has been in production since Aug. 8 when I ordered it. Was told last week EDD would be Sept 10-14. Online it states Sept. 10.
I went and talked online again today to see if anything has changed and was told that it shipped today :)
But purolator wouldnt have it for 3 business days.
I recently moved and was also told last week before they ship it they would call and get my new address since it was too late to do it then for some reason.
I just need to know.. should I get excited, could this CSR be right that it is shipped. My status online still states in production.
And I am worried about this address change, I wonder if purolator would be able to change it if I just tracked it and called them when it gets close to me?

Last week I talked to a CSR because the tracking information said my laptop had been moved back until Sept. 12, but I hadn't gotten any email about it. The CSR said, "the tracking info is wrong, your laptop is still scheduled for Aug. 29." But surely enough, Aug. 30 I get an email that it had been delayed until Sept. 12..so I would recomend being very wary about what they say..but best of luck with it

From my experience as of late, the online shipment status requires some time to reflect the shipment status of your package. Give it a half a day at least to verify shipping status online.

    As for changing your address....
I've talked to a CSR from Purolator and they've told me that they dont get status updates about the actual shipping process until it reaches their station in Toronto.
Now, the CSR (Purolator) didn't explicitly say that they're not responsible or have any involvement for the package travel from the states to Canada, but I got the feeling that was the case.
What Im trying to say is that as long as the package has not been received at your local sorting station, I believe you may be able to talk to a CSR and have the shipping address changed. Of course, im just speculating but I think you have a good chance of changing the address.

    Good luck!
